What to write about

A wrong number. Tell us the page, the number, and where the correct figure is published (a manual page, a spec sheet, a store page, a video with a timestamp). We check the source, fix the page, and update its “Updated” date. We don't change a number on someone's word alone, including a brand's.

You make or sell a machine we cover. Send corrections to specs, prices, warranty terms, service options, or recall status the same way, with a link to the published source. We'll also add a model that's missing if it is sold in the US. Sending us a machine isn't necessary and won't change anything on the site.

A listing or a quote that shouldn't be there. If you're an owner whose review we quoted and you want it removed, or a channel whose video frame we used, tell us which page. We remove or re-credit on request.

Questions about the method. If something on How we research is unclear, ask; we'd rather fix the explanation than leave it vague.

What we don't do

• Rankings, picks, and scores aren't for sale. No brand or store can pay for a position, a mention, or an early look at a page.
• We don't publish sponsored articles, guest posts, or press releases, and we don't sell links.
• We don't give individual buying or repair advice by email. The pages are the advice; if a page doesn't answer your question, tell us what's missing and we'll consider adding it.

Response time

Data corrections: usually within a few days. Everything else: when we can. We don't promise a date.
