Privacy policy
This site collects as little as a website can. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter, and no cookies of our own. This page lists what still gets recorded when you visit, what happens when you click an affiliate link, and what rights you have, including under California law.
Who runs this site
CremaSpecs is operated by Kirill Gissa. You can reach us at cremaspecs@purelymail.com or through the contact page.
What we collect
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records each request to the site: the page requested, the time, your IP address, and your browser's identification string. These logs exist to run the site and to stop abuse.
Analytics. The site loads no analytics script, no advertising tracker, and no social widgets. Cloudflare may count requests at the hosting level (Cloudflare Web Analytics); that count uses no cookies and no browser fingerprint, and shows us totals by page and country, not individual visitors.
Outbound clicks. When you click a “Check price” button, the affiliate network records the click to attribute a purchase to this site (see below). We keep no click log of our own.
Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of corrections. We don't add you to any list.
We don't collect names, payment details, or location beyond what the server log holds, and we don't buy data about you from anyone.
Cookies
We set no cookies. Our hosting provider may set a cookie named __cf_bm on some visits; Cloudflare describes it as strictly necessary for bot protection, and it expires within 30 minutes. You can block it in your browser; the site still works.
When you click an affiliate link
“Check price” buttons lead to stores and brands through links marked “Affiliate link.” Once you leave this site, the store's or affiliate network's privacy policy applies, not ours. The network (for example Impact, Awin, or Amazon) sets its own cookies on your browser to attribute a purchase to this site. We receive reports of clicks and sales in aggregate; we don't receive your name, address, or what you bought beyond the order total. Details on who pays us are on the affiliate disclosure.
Third-party sites and embedded content
Pages link to brand sites, stores, YouTube videos, forum threads, and government databases. Those sites have their own policies. We don't embed players, social buttons, or advertising scripts on our pages.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Your rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA)
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and why;
- delete it;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information;
- not be discriminated against for using these rights.
We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we don't use sensitive personal information. That's why there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on this site.
To exercise a right, email cremaspecs@purelymail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may ask you to confirm the email address the request comes from. We answer within 45 days. You may ask someone else to make the request for you; we will ask for proof that you authorized them.
Residents of other states with privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon) may have similar rights; the same email address works for them.
Changes
When this page changes, the “Last updated” date at the top changes with it. We don't send notices; check this page if you want to know what's current.
